Internet bookings to be made at least 48 hours before intended trip, to ensure seat assignment.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a week or more in advance we will refund 100% of your money (less administration fees).
If you cancel in less than 7 days of the trip there is a 50% refund, unless we are able to rebook your seats, then we will refund 80% of your money ( 20% cancelation fee).
If you cancel in less than 2 days there is no refund.
If Rampant Sailing sdn. bhd. cancels the trip for any reason, we will give you a full refund, if we can not reschedule your trip.
All other scenarios are non refundable.
